Brennen has been part of a team that identified and completed more than forty build-to-suit projects over the last three years. He has extensive knowledge of GIS (geographic information systems) platforms and mapping. His work has allowed him to develop a specialization in trade area analysis and data interpretation. His focus towards pads and outparcels has grown to include an ample amount of work with drive-thru and quick serve restaurant concepts.
